We call our apartment adventurous because all our rooms have unique names and are designed as they are called leaving guests with an amazing experience.We have three bedrooms equipped with A/C. Our living room also has an A/C, TV and WIFI Service. This is a family friendly Villa because we have all the essentials starting from the kitchen to the bedrooms, for families of 6. Walking distance from our complex pool and our beautiful beach that Puerto Rico provides for free to enjoy. NO PETS ALLOWED The apartment consist of 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin size beds and this bedroom is called the Piña Room. The next room has a queen size bed and it is called the Tea Room. The third and final room has 1 king size bed and it own bathroom and it is called the Jungle room. Each room is designed as their name describes them. The kitchen has all the essentials for families that love to cook, from baking to making any other plate guests want. We have all the instruments and utensils needed. The living room has its own A/C which covers also to the end of the kitchen. With a T/V and a number of board games for the families that like to have some challenging fun night. Our patio has a dinning set to enjoy the meals in the outside. 1 parking lot is available in front of the unit. You can park outside if you have a second car. NO PETS ALLOWED Check-in time is at 3:00pm If guests are interested in early check-in they are welcome to ask if we have any available. We do charge an extra fee. Guests have self-check in and instructions will be sent two days prior their arrival. Check-out is at 11:00am If guests are interested in late check-out they are welcome to ask if we have any available. We do charge an extra fee. TMVR strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. TMVR also provides the amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include a soap dispenser with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
