This cozy apartment is located on the 16th floor of the Sandy Hills condominium (with elevator access), just about 40 minutes from the airport, offering beautiful ocean views and refreshing breezes. It features one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room—perfect for couples, families, or friends.

The condominium provides direct beach access, where you can relax, listen to the waves, and soak up the sun. While swimming is not recommended due to strong tides, it’s a wonderful spot to unwind by the shore. The building also has a pool (temporarily closed for improvements), ensuring an even better experience in the near future.

Guests will have access to assigned parking. Please note that due to the multi-level garage, oversized or tall vehicles (such as Ford F-150s or large vans) are not permitted. The first time finding your way from the parking lot to the lobby may feel a little unusual since you’ll need to climb some stairs before taking the elevator to the apartment—but once you get the hang of it, it’s simple and easy.
